The main difference is the number of profiles. Solo supports one dietary profile, Couple supports two (you and your significant other), and Family supports up to 5. You can also add an extra profile to Couple or Family as an add-on.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Only the data necessary to provide our service: your dietary profile, scan history, and basic account information. Anonymised data may be made accessible for medical, wellness and dietary research, to help the dietary-restricted community be better understood.

Yes. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR and DIFC data-protection guidelines.

No. Restaurants never have access to your personal dietary profile or scan history.

Never. We have a strict no-data-sales policy. Our revenue comes exclusively from premium subscriptions.

Offline scanning is available on the Family plan. You can download restaurant data before your trip.

AlignEat is available for iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android (Android 10+). A web app for desktop browsers is also available.
